Dr. Maria Leonora Torres (Mastura) is a distinguished leader and visionary. As the head of the Torres Clan, also known as the Royal House of Luzon Tagalog under the Sultanate of Magindanaw. She is the CEO of Queen Empire Resources Inc. (QERI), and serves as the reigning Maha Putri of the Royal Maharlika and Bae Mompong sa Magindanaw.

Maria is the founder of We Care for Humanity, a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting universal humanitarianism, with branches in over 20 countries. Her extraordinary networking skills and ability to forge diplomatic relationships with world leaders, dignitaries, and corporate executives have allowed her to implement sustainable solutions to global challenges.

Her educational background includes studies at the Philippine School of Business Administration and Fashion Designing and Merchandising in Los Angeles, USA. Queen Maria's remarkable contributions have been recognized with numerous honorary titles, such as Doctor of International Law, Doctor of Business Administration, and Doctor of Divinity. 

Maria Cristina Torres Ayungao is the second child of the Reynaldo-Erlinda Torres clan and currently holding the position of Corporate Secretary (CS) and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of QERI. She is an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with over a decade of expertise. Her career began at Fujitsu Philippines (2009-2016), where she developed functional specifications, supported business units, and mentored new consultants.

In February 2017, she joined 24/7 International, excelling in designing SAP systems, collaborating with IT teams, and managing testing processes. She established a strong group identity and consistently exceeded client expectations.

Most recently, from September to December 2020, Cristina worked as a Senior SAP FICO Consultant at Deloitte Philippines, conducting workshops, developing custom specifications, and configuring SAP systems.

She holds a Post Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Technology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Education from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines. Cristina is skilled in S/4 HANA Finance and known for her problem-solving and leadership abilities, fostering team success and strong client relationships.

Pastora Rizaline Irene Torres Pascual, the youngest of the Torres clan, is a prominent leader in both the corporate and non-profit sectors. She serves as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at QERI and is the Country Director for We Care for Humanity, a non-profit organization. Since 2013, she has also been a dedicated Pastor in the Born Again Christian community, balancing her professional responsibilities with her commitment to faith and service.

Rizaline's international career began as a Casino Dealer with Star Cruises, where she gained valuable global experience. She holds a degree in Business Administration, which has equipped her with strong skills in management, finance, and marketing. Her expertise is recognized in organizational processes, team coordination, and maintaining operational efficiency.

Rizaline is dedicated to achieving business goals with a focus on precision and teamwork. She has extensive experience in financial management, including budgeting and reporting. Her leadership in humanitarian projects has made a significant impact on underserved communities through strategic planning and resource mobilization. 

A compassion-driven leader, Rizaline empowers others through faith-based initiatives and aligns financial strategies with missions that focus on social and community development.

Ferdinand C. Torres is currently serving as the Corporate Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at QERI. Born into the Torres Clan as the only son and third child, Ferdinand has a rich background that spans multiple roles and locations. From 2010 to 2022, he worked as a municipal employee in Rodriguez, Rizal, Philippines, where he honed his skills in public service. Ferdinand's career also includes significant experience in logistics, having held various positions in this field.

His time spent in the UAE contributed to his diverse life experiences, further enhancing his adaptability and flexibility in different situations. Known for his exceptional people skills, Ferdinand excels in building strong relationships and effectively managing teams. His expertise in logistics and his ability to thrive in dynamic environments make him a valuable asset to any organization.

Francis P. Ayungao is one of the Board Members of QERI, married to Maria Cristina Torres, the company's CS and CTO. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a major in Marketing from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines. With a career spanning over two decades, Francis has extensive experience in managing retail operations and developing high-performing teams.

Currently, Francis serves as a Store Manager at Starbucks Singapore, where he has worked since 2008. In this role, he contributes to store profitability by enhancing sales, managing inventory, and controlling costs. He is also responsible for partner development, ensuring that staff are well-trained and motivated to deliver exceptional customer service.

Throughout his career, Francis has honed his skills through numerous training programs, including Retail Management Training and Supervisory Skills Workshops. His achievements have been recognized with multiple awards, such as the Store Manager of the Quarter and the Gold Star Circle Award from Jollibee Foods Corp. Francis is known for his commitment to excellence and his ability to lead teams to success.

Hailed from Davao, Analuz G. Torres is a board member at QERI, where she utilizes her knowledge in logistics and people management. As the spouse of Ferdinand Torres, the Chief Human Resources Officer at QERI, Analuz skillfully balances her career with being a dedicated mother to four children. 

In 2022, she acquired valuable international experience as an Overseas Filipino Worker, which improved her adaptability to different situations and environments. Her versatility and excellent interpersonal skills have been crucial to her success, enabling her to thrive in a variety of circumstances.
